We offer 7 days SATISFACTION/MoneyBack GURANTEE. If you are not satisfied with the product, inform us logging ticket at www.dealsononline.com/support and return the  item positively by 7 days from the date of delivery, we will offer you full refund or replacement as per your choice. But  the goods need to be unused, undamaged and spotless to fulfil the above policy.

What to do in case of Dead On Arival?

We inspect all the items before shipping to ensure its in best condition. In exceptional case of DOA ( dead on arrival ) please inform us immediately for replacement.

In exceptional cases, if there is any damage happens while handling thru Courier company, please don't accept the item and/or contact us immediately about what need to do. Because all items we send thru courier companies, covered with insuarance. So any damage in transit will be compensated to us by the courier company and we will re-send another item to you immediately.

So, please check the item while taking delivery from courier man and ensure its not physically damaged.

How do I return a defective or damaged product for a new replacement?

Notify us of the damaged or defective product as soon as possible. In line with our 30 Day Replacement Guarantee, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the product for a replacement.

Please ensure that the product is returned in the original condition you had received it. We will send you a brand new replacement at no extra cost to you.
